9th Annual WIAAP Pediatric Advocacy Day

All are welcome! We look forward to learning together, and advancing the work we all do for kids in our state.

Speaker presentations and workshops will be followed by constituent meetings with legislators. A virtual training session and Q&A will be held the evening before Advocacy Day.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SPEAKER VISITS AND CONSTITUENT ADDRESS:

You will be asked to provide your home/voting/constituent address so that you are scheduled for appointments with legislators in appropriate districts.

We will schedule appointments with legislative offices for attendees who register before March 11, 2026. If you register after that time, you may need to contact your legislators office to make those arrangements.

We will select the topic for Advocacy Day based on hot topics near the time of the event. An announcement will be made closer to that time.

Info: New to advocacy, or interested in a conference preview and Q&A? Join us the night before the meeting to participate. Note: A set of on-demand, virtual trainings will be made available in advance of this event. It is strongly recommended participants access those materials ahead of the virtual Advocacy 101 session.

Info: Join us as we explore our topics of the day, hear speakers on specific advocacy efforts related to pediatricians, children, and families, and prepare for afternoon visits at the Capitol.
