Wellness Together School Mental Health, in partnership with the California Department of Education, proudly presents the 9th Annual Wellness Together Conference. Join 2,000+ educators, state and national policymakers, and mental health service providers from across the globe to hear from the leading voices in student mental wellness. The Wellness Together Conference will be a live hybrid event taking place Monday, September 29th through Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. The Wellness Together Conference (WTC) welcomes a wide variety of presenters and sponsors from diverse backgrounds. The views, business practices, and opinions expressed by these individuals, organizations, and corporations do not necessarily represent those of Wellness Together or the California Department of Education. Presentations, presenters, and partners are all subject to change at any time for any reason.

Use of Likeness: By attending the Wellness Together Conference, you acknowledge and agree to grant Wellness Together, Inc. the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness at the conference in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment from you. This grant to Wellness Together includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media. If registering for a third party, I agree to inform them of the "Use of Likeness" Policy prior to the event.

Registration Cancellation and Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Step-by-step instructions to transfer registration can be found here. Registration transfers can only be made within the same ticket type. In-person badges cannot be transferred to virtual passes, and virtual passes may not be transferred to in-person badges. The event organizer pays many conference-related fees in advance. Therefore, refunds will only be processed within five (5) business days after the registration date. Any ticketing/processing fees withheld by the event organizer or by the ticketing platform may not be included in the refund. Refund requests will be processed in the order of requests. Refund requests will not be accepted after September 1, 2025. Step-by-step instructions to request a refund can be found here.

"Purchase Orders & Invoices: Purchase Orders and Invoices are for Schools, Districts, and LEA's only. All other organizations, please pay by credit card. Payment for registration(s) must be received within 20 business days in order to attend the event. If payment is not received within 20 business days, registration(s) may be canceled. Previous account balances must be brought up to date within 20 business days of registration and have a zero balance to avoid registration cancellation."
