The term "fight or flight" is also known as the stress response. It's what the body does as it prepares to confront or avoid danger. When appropriately invoked, the stress response helps us rise to many challenges. 9D Breathwork creates an immersive space where sound is heard from various directions through a headset. This expansive soundscape transports you to a larger inner world, facilitating heightened awarenss and making you forget your physical surroundings.

You will learn simple, practical, and science based techniques on how to manage stress and anxiety for your daily life. It's an optimal first-time journey for individuals with contraindications for more intensive forms of breathwork. This journey will be especially suited for anyone working in high-stress jobs such as first responders, law enforcement, hospital/social workers, small business owners, teachers, or anyone working with specal needs persons, anyone in high demand/high stress corportate jobs, or if you find yourself chronically stressed (or feeling stuck) in your personal life.


The down regulating techniques you will learn:

  1. Diaphragmatic breathing ("belly breathing")
  2. Nasal breathing, learning how to elongate exhales through pursed lips
  3. Box breathing
  4. The 4:2:6 method
