Info: We will spend the beginning part of our session learning about 9D Breathwork, what happens during a session and how to do the breathing technique. We'll also cover the importance of feeling safe and how to physically, mentally and emotionally prepare for the journey ahead. Post session we will move into some grounding exercises to begin integration and open up the circle for sharing and discussion. We will end by 7:30pm
