Guest Speaker: Steve Fowler

Steve Fowler is a mission‑animated strategy and transformation executive with more than twenty years of experience helping large, complex organizations align purpose with performance. Until returning to the St. Louis region in March 2026, he served as an executive Mission Integration leader in Catholic healthcare—most recently as Vice President & Mission Strategy Partner at Trinity Health in Washington, DC—guiding enterprise culture transformation, organizational redesign, and mission‑centered leadership across multi‑site systems.

Steve holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Missouri State University and a Master of Arts in Communication from Saint Louis University, along with extensive study in theology and public administration.

Rooted in his Christian faith and life of cheerful service, Steve brings a deep commitment to serving children, families, and vulnerable communities. He now lives in St. Charles, MO with his family and enjoys Cardinal baseball, golfing, volleyball, and fully embracing his role as a fun uncle.
