Hop on over to South Street for the 93rd Annual Easter Promenade on Sunday, April 5th! This popular Philadelphia tradition is free, family-friendly, bunny-positive, and overflowing with fantastic fashion!
When: Sunday, April 5, 2026, 12-3PM (Rain or Shine!)
Where: Kick-off at 5th & South Street + Best Dressed Contest at Headhouse Plaza.
The promenade kicks off at 12:30PM at 5th & South Street, and ends at Headhouse Plaza on 2nd & Lombard Street, followed immediately by the Best Dressed Contest. Special guests will lead the pack down South Street, accompanied by Philly mascots, fuzzy friends, and neighborhood celebrities!

The Best Dressed Categories Include:
- Philadelphia 250 – Best interpretation of the celebration of America’s Semiquincentennial! Options include colonial, patriotic, “Philadelphia icon” (May enter as a single, family or group for this category.)
- South Street Razzle Dazzle – Collect a group of friends and trick yourselves out for this category! Be it hats, hair, dress, or drag!
- Best Dressed Family – Dress up yourself, your partner, and your kids (or fur-children!)
- Adults/Young Adult – Aged 13 and over
- Infants & Babies – Aged 2 and under
- Boys I – Aged 2-5
