90 Minutes of Kitchen Zen Cooking Class

Robin will present “90-Minutes of Kitchen Zen™”, an approach
to connect with homemade eating as you contemplate the gift of 90
minutes per week preparing foundational meal and snack ingredients.
Kitchen Zen allows for numerous meals to be created with ease and
intention as the basic ingredients have already been prepared and merely need to be compiled and spiced! Join us for this evening of conversation, learning, and savoring a meal together.

*this will be a vegetarian, gluten-free meal

**In an effort to reduce waste we ask each person to bring a bowl, mug, plate and utensils
