Join Helen for a restorative 90minute Yang to Yin class on Thursday 18th December at 6:30 PM (BST) at South Portslade Community Centre, BN41 1LB. This is an open level class, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
During this 90 minute class, you can expect reflective meditation (bring a journal if you like to write) and gentle, embodied movement before we slow things down and come to deep rest, spending longer in poses to help calm the nervous system and wind down ahead of the busy season.
Please donate generously to this special class that will go a long way to help those in need at this time. (£10-£20 as a guide).
