About this Event

Welcome, attendees and new-comers! My name is Chelsea, and I'm thrilled to bring more healing practices inside this beautiful space of Be Hot Yoga Atlanta. Please Read.

FIRST OF ALL - Be Hot Yoga is inside the same building as Chabad Intown. You must ring the button to get inside. Once you do, go straight to the back of the building veering left and Be Hot Yoga will be on the left. If you walk a little further down you will find the restrooms on the right.

Parking is free but you must sign up for it. There are signs outside that have a QR code you can scan. Select that you are parking at Be Hot Yoga and at the promo code you can enter 1212 and you will get free parking. You can also come inside and we will happily show you how to sign up.

What to bring: Please bring a mat, blankets, pillows, and journal. The more cozy you can get, the better. Please come hydrated.

Doors open at 2:30PM. I recommend you come early to make sure you get a spot and use the restroom before we get started at 3:00PM.

What we'll be doing: I’ll be inviting Breathwork (15 min) & Vocal Toning, Somatic Practices, and then a Sound Bath with my crystal quartz singing bowls. I'll take you step by step of the whole process and make sure we're all on the same page before we start.

For payment, please feel free to use Venmo (cszegi5) to avoid additional costs here.

We are doing this as a donation based class, and the recommended amount is between $15-$45. If you’re feeling generous, you’re welcome to donate more. Pick what number feels good for you. Everyone is welcome.
