Welcome to Shake & Shine, where we cultivate a transformative one-day retreat experience centered on self-love, healing, and acceptance. Our mission is to create an authentic environment where individuals from all walks of life can connect deeply with themselves and others, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

♥ A private Boho Oasis outside by the Bay where you can feel fully seen, heard, and held as your authentic self.

♥ Facilitated Group Sessions including:
~ Breathwork, Sound Healing, Dance, and more!
♥ A perfect opportunity to connect with open, growth-minded, accepting people.
♥ A water station will be available.
