About this Event
This 88 Empowerment® 60-minute HIIT workout series will take participants through a fat-burning full-body workout synced to the beat of music. With a combination of bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric exercises, this high-energy class keeps participants moving to the rhythm, challenging their strength and endurance. The class will be 60 minutes (1 hour) with warm-up, cool down, and meditation. Low impact, beginner level.
This workout also includes a Meditation Cool Down to help energize the mind and help the body recover, and set intentions and the mindset for the day.
This workout is designed to burn calories, tone muscles, and help with mental clarity. By combining the STRONG Nation® method of syncing moves with music, it ensures a challenging yet empowering session. The meditation cool down promotes mental recovery and sets a positive mindset for the rest of the day. This workout, flow and meditation creates a unique fitness program that truly embodies the Eighty Eight Studios mindset.
This structure will offer both physical and mental benefits for your Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes at Eighty Eight Studios. Come ready to burn fat, workout with music, and get a chance to focus on mindfulness and recovery.
