If your body is craving steadiness and your mind wants a quieter evening, this series is for you. Each Wednesday we will move through a slow flow Hatha class that will build strength, calm your nervous system and provide deep release.
You can join in person near Danforth & Broadview (310 Danforth Avenue - 2 minute walk from Chester Subway Station near the Big Carrot) or online—and you’ll receive access to all eight recordings.
What you’ll experience:
- Hatha to build strength, mobility, and postural ease
- Slow Flow to energize the body, elevate mood, and deepen flexibility
- Clear, inclusive instruction with options for every body
- Replays so you can practise on your own schedule
