Student innovators from schools across DC Metro Area showcase their EcoRise grant projects
About this Event

Come meet the next generation of sustainability innovators and advocates at the 7th Annual Student Innovation Showcase at Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

Student teams will present their Student Innovation Grant Projects in a science-fair-style format. Prepare to be wowed by elementary, middle, and high school students who have developed a deep understanding of complex sustainability challenges, ranging from water conservation and local food production to waste management strategies.

Join us to celebrate these young leaders May 28th from 5:30 - 7:00pm. Be inspired by K-12 students who have developed a deep understanding of complex sustainability challenges ranging from waste management to transportation to sustainable food systems.


Please RSVP and share the event far and wide so we can celebrate these students hard work with a big audience!

Ven a conocer a la próxima generación de innovadores y defensores de la sostenibilidad en la Septima Muestra Anual de Innovación Estudiantil, Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

Los equipos de alumnos presentarán sus proyectos financiados por la beca “Student Innovation” bajo un formato con estilo de feria de ciencias. Prepárate para dejarte sorprender por los alumnos de primaria, secundaria y preparatoria, que han desarrollado un profundo conocimiento sobre la complejidad de los desafíos de la sostenibilidad, que van desde la conservación del agua y la producción local de alimentos, hasta las estrategias de gestión de residuos.

Acompáñenos para celebrar a nuestros jóvenes líderes el 28 de mayo de 5:30 pm a 7:00 pm. Inspírese con la forma en la que los estudiantes de primaria, secundaria y preparatoria han logrado una comprensión profunda de los desafíos complejos de sostenibilidad, que van desde la gestión de desechos hasta el bienestar mental/emocional y los sistemas alimentarios sustentables.
