About this Event

We start the class with basic warm up moves to well known songs, to get your heart pumping and your body moving!. We then move onto popular Latin American dance routines to merengue, salsa, Reggeaton and cumbia. We also mix it up with other worldwide music including Bollywood and Flamenco, finishing off with a cool down and stretch.
