For more than 70 years, Bal d’Hiver has honored the legacy of women who uplift our community with purpose, service, and distinction. In 2025, we celebrate a reimagined future for the next 75 years — one rooted in tradition, yet boldly shaped by the changemakers of today. You are cordially invited to the Diamond Patron's Party (Oct 19) and 75th Anniversary of Bal d'Hiver, Nashville's oldest charity gala on November 15...

Bal d’Hiver 2025 proudly features the three reimagined charity gala honorees:

• The Sisterhood Society – a formal induction of upperclassment collegiate women who exemplify sisterhood and philanthropic service into a community of servant leaders and introduction to the gala attendees of each young woman
• The Rising Kite Award – recognizing a young woman under 40 who demonstrates leadership and impact in the Nashville community
• The inaugural Bradford Outstanding Achievement Award – honoring a Kappa Alpha Theta alumna with 10+ years of service to the alumnae chapter
• Please note for the 75th Anniversary, we will honor all former Bal chairs from any year in a special recognition. Please note the year you (co)chaired Bal during checkout so we may honor you for your role in Bal's incredible history.

Elevate your evening with a full-table experience for 8 guests, featuring:

• Preferred table with the best seats in the ballrom
• A complimentary cocktail, beer, or wine per guest with dinner
• Business or individual name displayed on the table
• Verbal recognition during the program
• Concierge service for guest names and entrée selection and questions ahead of gala
• No eventbrite fees at check out

You’ll be prompted to select one entrée per guest after checkout. If reserving a table, our concierge team will contact you the first week of November to collect all names and meal preferences.

The Nashville City Club is located downtown with the following transportation options:

• $8 Validated parking is available at the adjacent 222 Garage
• Private valet services are available across the street at the Four Seasons Hotel
• Rideshare drop-off is encouraged for convenience
