Join Virginia Comignaghi for a 7 day whole food cleanse program, which is based on, but not exclusive to, the Baron Baptiste Cleanse – Feel New in Just 1 Week. Unlike other cleanses: supplements, vitamins, and shakes are NOT a part of this program. The only thing you will be purchasing is food to eat from your choice of grocery store. Her goal is to support you the entire step of the way. Previously, Virginia supervised a high volume wellness department as well as assisted a Board Certified Naturopath in guiding patients through numerous personalized health improvement programs over the course of 12 years. With her extensive experience and well-rounded knowledge, she feels the need to share this passion.

Prior to the 7 day cleanse program, Virginia is offering an introductory group consultation in the studio 1 week before you begin your wellness journey. You must attend this group meeting or have a personal/virtual meetup with her in order to participate in the cleanse program. At that time, everyone will receive a packet with all the details of the program: a simple 7 day whole food plan, food/exercise journaling worksheets, and a mixture of detoxifying home remedies. Virginia has her own public YouTube channel which demonstrates these remedies, cleansing breath exercises, and short dynamic yoga flows that encourage toxin release throughout the systems of your body. An end of cleanse group meeting will be offered in the studio to review post-purification strategies. This will be detailed in a take home handout for maintaining optimal health moving forward. She will also be sharing a healthy snack for everyone to enjoy as a completing the 7 day cleanse celebration!
FaceTime calls or one-on-one meetups with Virginia will be offered by appointment as needed. Calls, texts, and emails will be accepted and answered at any time for all of your questions and concerns.
After completing the cleanse, you will have the opportunity to participate in Virginia’s very popular 2 hour Detox flow in the studio. You can also choose to just attend the Detox flow by itself (priced separately).
