About this Event
Welcome to the 6th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival!
Presented by Staten Island Community Alliance (SICA) in partnership with Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden.
Join us at Snug Harbor for a day filled with celebration, music, food, and culture. This in-person event is a meaningful way to commemorate and honor the end of slavery in the United States while bringing our community together in the spirit of freedom, unity, and shared history.
Enjoy an exciting lineup of live performances hosted by Will Traxx, featuring performances of “Shine a Light on Em” and “Let Me See Some Footwork.” Guests can also explore delicious food vendors, unique merchandise vendors, and interactive activities designed for all ages.
As we gather, we celebrate not only freedom, but also the rich cultural contributions and historical legacy that continue to shape our community today.
Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate freedom, culture, and history with family and friends.
