The session is designed to support you have a felt sense of inner balance, love and compassion that begins with you, it may also help you shift any density and blockages that you maybe currently experiencing. The intention of the session to provide a sense of inner awareness, insight and overall feel good uplift
The session will include
• Movement including Kriya Yoga, Chi Gung
• Breathwork and Pranayama (breathing practices)
• Visualisation
• Guided meditation
• Heart coherence exercise
• Sound Healing
• Shamanic Drumming
• Sharing Circle
No previous experience necessary. Not suitable for the 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
