Join us for an uplifting, heart-led meet-up designed exclusively for women 60+ who are ready to reconnect with their confidence, purpose, and joy. This isn’t about slowing down, it’s about rediscovering your voice, finding renewed energy, and embracing this next chapter with curiosity and connection.
Led by , Relationship Therapist and Women’s Transformational Coach, this first Empower Her Community 60+ gathering will open a guided conversation around what confidence and fulfilment mean for you now and how to bring more of that into everyday life.
We’re delighted to welcome Sarah Bartlett as our guest presenter for Wednesday 11th.
BSW is a Personal Change Facilitator, Anxiety and Sleep Specialist, Reiki Master, and accredited EFT (Tapping) Practitioner. After overcoming chronic insomnia herself, she reconnected with her passion for supporting others through practical, body–mind approaches to wellbeing.
In this session, Sarah will guide us through a focused conversation on sleep, sharing useful knowledge and simple, effective strategies you can take away and use in everyday life. Her work supports emotional wellbeing and physical health, helping people feel lighter, more empowered, and hopeful.
