For those who are sober curious, alcohol free curious, questioning, or simply ready to understand their relationship with alcohol a little deeper — this is for you.
This is not AA. There are no admissions, no shame or labels.
This is education and self development from my lived experience of serving and consuming alcohol. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 33 years, and consumed alcohol for 30 years, 17 of those years I owned a bar. In 2021, I became a Meditation Teacher and Guide, and a Relationship and Intimacy Coach. Join me and a group of people who want the same thing as you. Answers.
