What we'll do in this session...

Learn how to perfectly cover a round sponge cake with fondant icing ready for decoration. Bring your own pre-baked sponge cake (8 inch maximum) to transform into a special occasion cake. Beginners welcome, no baking required, achieve amazing results under Lee’s guidance.
