What to learn yoga in a way that’s tailored to you?
Join Kirsten Waugh our Evening Mysore teacher for this Mysore Beginners course starting this week in a dedicated beginners environment over six weeks. This course will prepare you for a long term Ashtanga self practice, and prepare you for our Evening Mysore programme.

You will get plenty of one to one, personalised help in building your Ashtanga practice: not merely learning the sequence of postures (asana), but delving into the alignment, breathing (pranayama), gaze points (drishti) and energetic locks (bandha), which give the Ashtanga practice it’s therapeutic potency.

Join Kirsten Waugh our Evening Mysore teacher for this course, that directly connects to the Evening Mysore program. This course is suitable for brand new beginners or a student who has not practiced Mysore style of Ashtanga yoga before. It is for all levels, bodies, ability, ages, sizes and genders.

This 6 week course is £60. Wednesday at 19:00 - 20:00. Please make sure you can attend all sessions, we can offer make-up days within the 6 week period (no refunds).
