Recommended Experience: INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED
Location: LONDON
6 WEEK COURSE | 1 SESSION PER WEEK (3 hours)
An introduction into long form improvisation with a view to learning story structure and joke structure. We will teach participants how to build stories using emotional & character connection, encouraging ways of building comedy without the need to “be funny".
This course is for performers currently in or about to enter into the performance industry and as such participants need to be able to provide proof of one of the following in order to be eligible:
Be a member of Spotlight or Mandy, be professionally represented, have trained or be currently training in an acting/ performance programme at a higher education institution e.g University or accredited Drama School.
All participants must be aged18 or over at the time of the first session.
