Six-week beginners Yoga course starting on Friday the 17th of April, 10am at Pantygraigwen Community Centre (The Ranch). Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will start slow and build up.
We will work in a gentle way through the Asanas, Pranayama's and Kriyas of the Gitananda Yoga tradition.
What is included?
🟠Six one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule - at a time that suits you.
🟠Access to short online videos if you would like to practise at home between classes. Hand outs to learn more about Yoga.
🟠Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠A Gong Bath relaxation in class 6.

Usual price £35 for 5-weeks (this is a 6-week course), £75 when booking for 11-weeks in advance or £24 for monthly membership.
