This family-friendly celebration brings together the best of hot sauces, Texas music, and attractions for an unforgettable evening in the heart of Central Texas. Bring your family, bring your friends, and bring the HEAT!
We’re looking for more Hot Sauce Contest participants this year—so whether you’re a pro or an amateur, sign up and compete for one of our amazing trophies and prizes. Don’t miss your chance to take home bragging rights as the best hot sauce in town!

Hot Sauce Contest – Show off your culinary firepower or just taste and enjoy as contestants battle for the crown.
