🌟 5Rhythms® is a dynamic dance movement meditation practice for body-mind integration and soul remembering.
5Rhythms® SWEAT is an offering for self-exploration and personal expression, guided by rhythms and music. With minimal verbal instructions, we practice this movement meditation at its pure essence. We start with a warm-up, then a brief introduction of the 5Rhythms, followed by an one-hour uninstructed Wave, then close with a honoring circle.

🌟 ALL BODIES ARE WELCOME. No prior dance experience is needed.
👣 WHEN: Mondays, 7pm - 8:30pm
👣 WHERE: Berkeley Finnish Hall - ♥️ in the room UPSTAIRS ♥️
👣 Fee: $25 - $35 (No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Email me if there's a need and we'll figure something out.)
🔹 The door opens at 6:45pm so come in early to warm up and settle in.
🔹 Sorry, NO ENTRY after 7:10pm.
🔹 Our space is drug/substance-free, and scent-free including perfume, essential oils, and strong body deodorant.
About Qibei:
Qibei has over 12 years of devoted training and practicing in various transformational healing arts for personal and spiritual growth. She’s an integral healer, a relationship coach for couples and families, a certified Circling facilitator, and on the path of 5Rhythms and Open Floor Dance teacher training. She integrates key elements from the body, heart, psyche, and spirit to facilitate the most holistic and empowering processes. She believes the magic of all transformation starts with one core ingredient: genuine presence - the ultimate portal to self-connection and interconnectedness. Her touch is gentle, nourishing, yet unforgettably impactful.
