Sound bath journeys are an opportunity to unplug from our day to day life and have a moment to be present with ourselves and our environment. We will be together on a sonic journey for relaxation, rest and through that rejuvenation for the days ahead. During our time together we’ll set intentions, do some light rest and digest breath work and dive deep into the medicine of sound and vibration.
Your guide for the sound bath journey:
Hailing from the vibrant cultural tapestry of India, Shireen Jarrahian, a seasoned musician and sound healer, has called Southern California home for over two decades. With a profound commitment to facilitating transcendent experiences and fostering profound connections through music, Shireen is a true artisan in creating immersive soundscapes for healing environments. Drawing from a rich palette of musical instruments from around the world, Shireen orchestrates sonic journeys that intentionally nurture awareness and provide a sanctuary for inner reflection. Shireen’s musical artistry exudes a grounded, enduring brilliance that captivates the soul and elevates the spirit.
Preparation:
You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket so that you are comfortable lying on the floor for the sound bath journey. We encourage you to arrive early and get settled in so that we can begin on time.
