🌊 5Rhythms® Boundless Waves Friday Dance is a collective offering by four 5Rhythms@ certified teachers in Berkeley, CA.We have a rainbow of experiences, depth, and mastery im guiding the exploration of this dynamic movement meditation practice. Each teacher brings their unique style and wisdom to the dance floor, shared by their passion and trust in the transformative power of 5Rhythms. Every Friday will be led by a different teacher from the collective.
