5Rhythms is a moving meditation, a physical exploration of the visible and the invisible. We start our journey walking softly on Earth, digging deeper into our inner power, searching for Fire, expressing our internal flaming energy to be ready to surrender to the powerful waves of Water, letting go and releasing. To enjoy the fresh Air and the communal celebration of renewed lightness. To arrive and dissolve in Ether, in the invisible, in the emptiness, in unity, in Stillness. We dance to search, to remember, to feel, to discover, to transform. Join us in this travel through space, time and feelings, dancing freeform the 5Rhythms in closer connection with the Elements in the beautiful embrace of the magical garden.
Dancing the 5Rhythms is a practice—a dynamic way to both workout and to meditate in the same breath. They teach us that life is energy in motion, freeing us from any fixed notions about people, places, objects or ideas. They initiate us back into the wisdom of our bodies and unleash movement’s dynamic healing power. In dancing 5Rhythms the body becomes our spiritual path. No experience or special skills necessary, no steps to learn or choreography, everyone is welcome.
Bring your curiosity and open mind, friends, water bottle, and a blanket. We'll bring our music and our enthusiasm to inspire you to create your own unique dance and to be all together in a safe and beautiful garden meadow.
Alessandro Moruzzi and Vehllia Tranne are Certified 5Rhythms Teachers, Accredited by 5RTA to teach Waves and Heartbeat. They have many years of experience in 5Rhythms, dance, music, theater, performance, healing, spiritual practices and shamanism. They always draw their inspiration from nature, deeply connected to the Ancestors, offering heartfelt intuitively crafted experience and support for each dancer, holding a safe and transformational space for all.
