The 5 ® Rhythms practice helps you discover and become aware of unconscious movement habits. We invite you to learn to move and be fully present and at east in your body ! as you move you learn to find the ease to be effortless in your moves and balance.
Keeping grounded and anchored . Making subtle adjustments to the relationships of your head back etc which is your birthright !
