Powered by curated house music mixes and guided cueing, participants follow a structured, beat-based movement format inspired by group fitness—but engineered for outdoor, long-distance performance.

What to Expect
Rhythm Walking Technology™
Our proprietary multi-transmitter wireless system delivers music and real-time cueing directly to each participant through a receiver and headset—ensuring clarity, timing, and synchronization.
The Beat
Rhythm-based walking patterns set to house music using a 32-count cueing system, similar to a live group fitness class—extended across a full 5K.
The Team
A connected group experience where everyone moves together. This is not solo exercise—it’s collective performance.
The Pace
We walk approximately 3 miles at a consistent 20-minute-per-mile pace, designed to build stamina and maintain group cohesion.

Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, this format is designed to meet you where you are.
If you can move to a beat, you can do this.
Participants will be guided to build Rhythm Walking stamina, coordination, and consistency over distance.

The Gear
We provide a wireless receiver and plug-in headset.
You may also bring your own wired (plug-in) headphones if preferred.
