Saturday 10a - 6p | Sunday 11a - 5p | Admission is $5.00 for everyone 12 and up; children under 12 are free.
The Friends of Modern Art (FOMA) is pleased to announce the 59th annual FLINT ART FAIR. This iconic 2-day event will kick off summer in Flint on June 13-14, 2026. Named one of the 200 Best Shows in America by Sunshine Artist in 2025, the annual Flint Art Fair is a juried FINE ART and FINE CRAFT fair held on the lawn of the Flint Institute of Arts (FIA) in the beautiful Flint Cultural Center. Flint Art Fair will introduce more than 125 juried artists in various genres including ceramics, glass, painting, jewelry, fiber, metal, mixed media, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood from Michigan and beyond. In addition, local art groups including the FIA Clay Club, Art at the Market, and Flint Underground will highlight our local talent with artists in various genres in attendance.
A children’s area with free art activities will be offered throughout the fair. The make and take activity will be hosted by the Flint Public Library on Saturday and the FIA Art School will be doing art demonstrations throughout the fair.
Live music in the beer tent, courtesy of FIM’s Music Around Town, will host Rodeo Drive from 2pm to 6pm on Saturday, and 1pm to 5pm Sunday. Plus, special guest Jeremy Fenech from CARS 108 radio station will keep patrons dancing until the live music begins.
And for those with an appetite, a variety of food trucks and vendors including I Love Pig, Bubble Bee Tea, Twisted Burger, Smokey Butts BBQ, Woolsen Concessions, and Roaring 20’s will provide everything from fresh lemonade, specialty teas, kettle corn, and hand dipped ice cream, to burgers, fries, BBQ, and sandwiches. Admission is $5.00 for everyone 12 and up; children under 12 are free!
FLINT ART FAIR has been presented by the Friends of Modern Art, a non-profit membership organization serving Flint and Genesee County since 1969. FOMA’s mission is to promote interest, understanding, and appreciation of contemporary art at the Flint Institute of Arts among the citizens of the region.
