This 55-hour training consists of 5 tuition days amounting to 43 contact hours (please note that every day except Sunday is spent at our award winning studio. Sundays are spent online via Zoom) and 12 non-contact hours of personal study, preparation and teaching / led practice.Outside of our classroom hours, trainees will be required to join Yin / Restorative Yoga classes (a 3 Class Package is made available to attend classes at our studio, or you can attend classes elsewhere), practice teaching, and complete assignments and course reading.
We will use a variety of learning methods including; lectures, workshops, led practice, discussions, tutorials, teaching practice, co-learning, applied learning, written exercises, and case studies.
This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to start teaching Yin & Restorative Yoga classes upon graduation.
This course is designed for qualified Yoga teachers, holding at least one 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training. The course qualifies as 55 hours CPD with Yoga Alliance.

FEES
Early Bird Fee £550 (limited spots available, offer closes 31st July or when all Early Bird spots are taken).
Full Fee £650. These fees include a non-refundable deposit of £250
