About this Event
Join us for a 5-week journey of self-awareness, healing, and connection designed for girls, gays, and theys. The circle meets Mondays from 6:30–8:00 PM, starting with Monday, February 2. Subsequent sessions will be held on February 9, 16, 23, and March 2 at the same time.
This circle provides a safe, grounded, and inclusive space to learn, heal, and share experiences. Each week will blend different practices, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, and fire or symbolic rituals, to help you feel more present, release tension, process emotions, and honor your growth.
Over the course of the circle, we’ll explore how anxiety, past experiences, and survival patterns show up in your body and relationships, practice tools to regulate your nervous system, and gently work with past wounds, including inner child and relationship experiences. You’ll leave with practical strategies for emotional regulation, self-reflection, and integration, as well as a sense of connection to both your inner wisdom and a supportive community.
This circle isn’t about fixing or rushing healing, it’s about cultivating awareness, choice, and grounded connection in a way that feels safe, embodied, and sustainable.
Please note: Eventbrite registration is for the first session on March 2, and by registering you are reserving your spot for all five weeks of the circle.
