5:45pm Cross Training Bootcamp (First Class Free)

Each class is a full-body workout using a mix of machines, free weights, and bodyweight movements. While the warm-up may be familiar, each session features a slightly different circuit designed to build:

• Strength
• Balance & coordination
• Mobility
• Cardio endurance

Throughout class, coaches offer clear guidance, intentional pacing, and options to modify or progress movements, helping you stay connected to your breath and body while building strength and confidence.

All levels and bodies are welcome. This class is especially well-suited for beginners, as exercises can be scaled to meet you where you are—whether you’re new to strength training or looking to deepen your mind–body awareness through movement.
