5 Rhythms Influenced Musical Journey
... ecstatic dance movement meditation brings people together, creates a sense of well-being and gives community strength & a sense of identity. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe "container". Without judgments, conversations, shoes, alcohol, fragrances or video/picture taking. A space where everyone can feel safe to be spontaneous, try new things and simply be themselves. You do not need to have experience dancing ..
