Info: Check in for the class and sign the waivers. Attendees with Aerial Hammock add-on will be trained to enter and exit hammock safely.

Info: Beginner yoga flow to release tension in the body. At the end of the Yoga Session Clients that have the Aerial Hammock add on will be cued to enter the Fabric

Info: Shavasana and (optional) group reiki session promoting relaxation aiding in emotional, physical and spiritual balance.
