1EarthVillage, presents an exhibition of seven Chinese artists, alongside a program of cultural and business workshops and forums to create meaningful dialogue between Tasmanian and Chinese artists, audiences, businesses and communities.
This compelling and at times confronting introduction to contemporary Chinese art invites deep personal reflection on the shared human experience.
The exhibition is curated by respected gallerist and academic, Mr Sun Yongkang. He and the artists will be undertaking a series of talks, forums and workshops during their visit to Tasmania.
The exhibiting artists are Gao Kang, Guo Liwei, Huang Azhong, Huang Jun, Luo Wei, Shen Zhonghai and Zhang Lanpo.
