Daily Kundalini yoga & meditation practice is known as a Sadhana. We will be practicing the Kundalini kriya for Green Energy & Opportunity to attract prosperity and abundance. Green is the color of the heart chakra and when we vibrate at the frequency of the heart center we open ourselves up to self-love, compassion for others and we begin to see opportunities we otherwise might not recognize.
For maximum benefit, we will be practicing this kriya and meditation every day for 40 days. It takes 40 days to break a habit or pattern and begin to clear the pathway for abundance to flow and miracles to happen. Furthermore, we will be practicing in a group setting which will amplify the energy and projection of your manifestation. This will truly be a transformative experience.
This is a donation-based offering. As the law of attraction states you get back what you put out. There is this concept of "empty handed you arrive; empty handed you leave." The suggested donation is $10-$15 per class. That is just a recommendation, and you are welcome to leave any amount. If you cannot donate one day then consider another form of energetic exchange- tidying up after class, folding blankets, serving yogi tea etc. This is how you will get the most out of this experience and everyone will benefit.
We will be practicing in the studio everyday Monday to Friday. The weekends will be an opportunity for you to maintain the practice on your own. There is no yoga or meditation experience necessary in order to participate. Our knowledgeable teachers will guide you every step of the way. Participants will receive instructions on how to practice the kriya and meditation beforehand, and in case you need to miss a day & practice on your own.
The sessions will be in person, online via Zoom and recorded for later viewing at your convenience. If you are local and can make it to the studio then in person is definitely the best to share in the group energy. Collectively we will raise the vibration and like a ripple effect begin to touch everyone around you!
