Crab cakes: lemon caper aioli, shaved vegetable slaw, grain mustard vinaigrette
Duck Leg Confit: bitter green salad, fromage blanc, bing cherries and cherry glaze, toasted hazelnuts
Braised boneless short rib: garlic mashed potatoes, red wine demi-glace, roasted rainbow carrots
