4/18: The Pre-Roll Series

The Pre-Roll Series is a sophisticated, 21+-only experience designed to honor the deep cultural legacy of East Oakland as we transition toward a new era of permanent community ownership. Set for Saturday, April 18, 2026, this event serves as the high-level "pre-game" to the historic June 19th groundbreaking of our 119-home development. The day begins at Phase 1: The Penultimate Session at Liberation Park from 1:20 PM to 4:20 PM, where the atmosphere centers on high-vibe community connection. Guests can relax in branded Smoke Lounges outfitted with Afro-centric decor, compete in "Old School" staples like Spades and Dominoes, or explore the Nexus Art Walk, a curated gallery bridging the gap between cannabis culture and Afro-futurism. This phase is defined by "Grown Folks" energy, featuring professional livestreamed "Town Talk" micro-drops, a 360° "Cloud" booth, and high-stakes competitions ranging from a bracket-style "Glide & Groove" skate battle to a "Stoned Style" fashion walk-off. The afternoon culminates in a 4:20 PM grand countdown and a "Golden Ticket" raffle for a seat at the evening’s exclusive dinner.
