Event Description: In the final session of our 3rd Trimester + Labor Prep Series, we’ll focus on preparing for the last stages of labor and the important transition into early postpartum. This 90-minute workshop offers practical strategies and compassionate guidance to help you feel more ready—both physically and emotionally—for the realities of birth and life with a newborn.

In Pushing, Birth Plan + Postpartum Prep, you’ll learn pushing techniques and optimal labor positions, and get support for finalizing a flexible, values-aligned birth plan. We’ll also cover what to expect immediately after birth, including the golden hour (skin-to-skin, delayed cord clamping), early postpartum recovery (bleeding, emotions, boundaries), and breastfeeding basics with guidance on where to find support.

Whether you’re finalizing your birth preferences or thinking ahead to postpartum, this workshop offers tools and insight to ease your transition into parenthood. Attend as a single session or as part of the full 3-week series.

Emma is a devoted mother of two and a passionate holistic birth and postpartum doula serving families across South Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania. She believes deeply in each person’s innate wisdom and strength to birth their baby and is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care throughout the perinatal journey.
