About Playu Pink Run
At playu.in, we are organizing the 3rd edition of the “ PLAYU PINK RUN 2026 Powered By Pace N Race , a Breast Cancer Awareness Run, on June 21, 2026, at Island Grounds, Chennai, in association with the Adyar Cancer Institute. This is a non-profit, awareness and fundraising initiative for the Cancer Institute. Last year, we successfully hosted the 2nd edition with 2,000+ runners and contributed ₹1,00,000 to the Cancer Institute. This year, our pledge is to contribute a minimum of ₹2,00,000 towards the cause. The event is supported by Rotary Club of Bullionaire's
Beyond fundraising, as part of this year’s efforts, we are:
1. Organizing Cancer awareness sessions at colleges and workplaces
2. Bringing voices of leading Oncologists and survivors to the community through radio interviews
3. Sharing educational materials
Playu PINK Run is SheRACES Accredited – a global recognition for inclusivity, safety, and representation for women in Sport. Playu Pink Run welcomes runners of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a pro or a first-timer, this event lets you run for a cause that saves lives.
Important Information:
- Baggage Collection, First aid stations, Hydration points and restrooms will be arranged.
- Zumba session starts at 5 am
- Bib collection on 20th June 2026; Time and place will be notified before the event date.
- No cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
- Last date for Registration: 15th June 2026.
