About this Event
Children and their families are invited to dream up small 3D 'portals' into imaginary worlds - little doors, windows, and arches decorated with colourful craft materials and recycled treasures.
Artists don’t just dream at night; they dream wide awake, inventing places, creatures, and feelings that don’t exist yet. In this whimsical workshop with artist Boglarka Toth, you’ll build a portal into the world that lives inside your imagination.
Everyone leaves with their own dream portal and a 'dream sentence' to go with it, like: “In my dream world, I feel…”, “In my dream world, there is…”, or “My dream place is…”.

Art Among Us – Pop‑Up Art Gallery, located between Dave’s Hot Chicken and The North Face at Resorts World Birmingham.
Important Information:
- Suitable for children aged 6 and above.
- A parent or guardian must remain with their child throughout the workshop.
- You only need to book a place for the child; one adult must accompany them using the same ticket.

- All materials are provided.
- Normal parking charges apply.
- The workshops will take place within the Art Gallery, whilst open to the public.
Boglárka Tóth is a Hungarian mixed‑media artist based in Birmingham. After studying Fine Art at the Bristol School of Art, she developed her own distinctive style and now leads creative workshops for both children and adults. She’s been involved in arts events across the city, exhibited at Stryx Studios, and worked with community groups such as Arts In The Yard and Balsall Heath CATS.
