Geometric Patterns with Hasret Brown (5 - 10years)

A guided drawing and construction workshop exploring the eight-pointed star, a

geometric form found across many cultures. We will gently weave in references

to design that reflect the spirit of Easter.

Children will learn how to use rulers correctly and confidently, practising the art

of drawing precise straight lines, a simple but increasingly overlooked skill

while discovering the beauty of structured pattern.

Important Information:

• Suitable for children aged 5-10 years.
• A parent or guardian must remain with their child throughout the workshop.
• You only need to book a place for the child; one adult must accompany them using the same ticket.

• All materials are provided.
• Normal parking charges apply.
• The workshops will take place within the Art Gallery, whilst open to the public.
