Good morning ORs 💚 Huge well done to everyone who got out over the weekend. Brilliant running from everyone 👏 💪
This is your weekly call to our Tuesday evening run and this week I'm back at the helm 🏃♀️😁 🏃
We will be running from OAKDALE PARK (Darbys Lane) with our usual start time of 6.30pm.
The route is an out and back, taking you into Poole Park. When reaching "the bollard" next to the main play park you turn and come back.

Please make sure you dress to be seen now the nights are drawing in 😔 (bright colours and lights) and buddy up on the night so no one runs alone 🏃🏃♀️
