We begin with a Sacred Sound Bath, using gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and vocals to relax the body, calm the nervous system, and create a grounded, receptive state.
This is followed by a Spiritual Awareness Circle, offering a safe and supportive space to explore intuition, energy awareness, inner guidance, and gentle discussion.
This session supports both deep rest and inner exploration.

✨ This session can be attended as a standalone experience, or as part of a combined day if other sessions are running.
