3 Types of Scenes – Game of the scene, Character Scenes, Platform & Tilt
There are so many choices we can make when improvising – this course provides some hints and direction what supports you in finding a relatable or funny or suspenseful scene.
We explore what 3 types of scenes can look like – how to set up a scene to play a game and how do you even come up with a game? – developing relatable characters we care about in a scene – build a platform and then tilt, or as the Showstoppers put it: “Set it up, f*** it up, wrap it up.
It will be helpful to have some prior experience of improv for this mini-course. If you want to discuss what that means, just drop us a line. If you are keen to start out in improv, we are putting on a beginners’ mini-course starting in February!
