This engaging and supportive 90-minute workshop is ideal for expectant parents in their second trimester (15+ weeks) who are looking for guidance, connection, and practical tools to navigate pregnancy with more confidence. Whether you’re newly into the second trimester or further along, this session offers a thoughtful blend of evidence-based education and emotional reassurance.

In Foundations + What to Expect, we’ll explore the changes that come with the second trimester—from physical symptoms and hormonal shifts to prenatal appointment timelines and essential wellness practices. We’ll cover basics like nutrition, hydration, rest, and gentle movement, while also introducing pelvic floor awareness and tools to support your mental health and early bonding with your baby.

This is the first session in a 3-week rotating series, but each workshop is designed to stand alone—so you’re welcome to drop in any time that works for you. Classes are warm, inclusive, and flexible, offering space to ask questions, connect with others, and feel truly supported in your journey.

Meet Your Instructor: Emma Andriotis

Emma is a devoted mother of two and a passionate holistic birth and postpartum doula serving families across South Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania. She believes deeply in each person’s innate wisdom and strength to birth their baby and is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care throughout the perinatal journey.

Emma offers a wide range of services including birth and postpartum doula support, lactation guidance, babywearing education, and holistic practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. As a certified Hypnobabies® Hypno-Doula, she specializes in helping families prepare for calm, confident, and empowered births. With warmth, knowledge, and unwavering support, Emma walks alongside every parent she serves—making sure they never feel alone as they grow their families.
