Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. No partial payments accepted. Attendees must be at least 12 years old.
No guest limit for invitees. Invitees and their guests must purchase tickets from the same price tier. Tickets will be cancelled without notice if the tier does not match the registration name. Guests will need to repurchase their ticket in the correct tier. Invitees and guests who fall in different tiers must select the higher tier.
Seating arrangement will be available upon arrival. Tickets purchased in the same transaction will be seated together. You may send your Sustainment Ball rep seating arrangement requests. Seating arrangement requests for guests ticketed in separate transactions are not guaranteed.

Childcare will be located in Grand Hall 4 on the day of the event, a short distance from the main ballroom. The sitters will consist of a mix of adults and high school students. The ratios will be roughly 5 children to one adult/high schooler.
Fee is $40 PER child from 1700 to 2200. Fees will not be prorated. Must purchase voucher/add-on ticket NLT 15MAY26 on Eventbrite or with cash via Ball Rep.
